Maggie is the Product Manager of Blue Mountain's Center of Excellence, our learning and knowledge center. In Maggie's current role, she oversees the development and growth of customer enablement offerings, including self-service support resources; electronic learning labs; and customer certifications.
Ginny Lee, Director of Professional Services, Blue Mountain
Ginny has over 20 years experience in the life science industry. She spearheads strategic initiatives, optimizing implementation, project management and education services for GMP compliance. Leading the Delivery Services and Customer Success teams, Ginny's expertise benefits Blue Mountain's extensive customer base. With 8 years at Blue Mountain and prior roles at pharmaceutical giants like Merck and GlaxoSmithKline, Ginny brings a wealth of experience to her role.
Cathy Wong, Product Marketing Strategist, Blue Mountain
Cathy leads Product Marketing at Blue Mountain. During her 20 years of experience in the healthcare and life science industry, she has led a variety of different areas including strategy, partnerships, product, clinical, pricing and customer success.
